Turn Around Time (TAT)

  • Ready To Ship (RTS): 3-5 Business Days
  • Custom Tumblers 3-5 Weeks 
  • Custom Freshie 8-10 Business Days

**Please note that TAT is the time it takes to create and process your order. This TAT does NOT include the time it takes for your order to ship to you.

Local Pick-up Orders

  • Please note that this means YOU will pick up your order locally. I will do my best to work with a central location, if possible, as I frequent neighboring towns in my area. 
  • You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up.

Return/Exchange

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not allow returns, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Orders are custom made.
